1/Cuộc thi Sale dịch vụ Tháng 10?
Để cổ vũ tinh thần phát triển của chuỗi khách sạn San Hotel Series trong mùa cao điểm này, Ban giám đốc Công Ty Thái San đã phát động Cuộc thi Sale dịch vụ từ ngày 11/10 đến ngày 26/10/2023.
2/Thể lệ cuộc thi
Thể lệ của cuộc thi như sau:
1. Phân loại khách sạn
Các cơ sở khách sạn của San Hotel Series có quy mô khác nhau, bởi vậy Ban tổ chức quyết định chia 4 cơ sở khách sạn thành 3 nhóm để thuận tiện cho việc tính điểm:
2. Cách tính Điểm
Điểm số của các khách sạn được tính liên tục, và sẽ được chúng tôi cập nhật hàng ngày trong nhóm nội bộ (nhóm Zalo Kênh thông tin Công ty Thái San).
3.Cập nhật thành tích
Kết thúc thời gian cuộc thi (26/10/2023), các khách sạn có thành tích tốt nhất sẽ nhận được phần thưởng từ ban lãnh đạo và được công bố trên các kênh nội bộ cũng như các phương tiện truyền thông khác của chuỗi khách sạn San Hotel Series.
Cơ cấu giải thưởng:

1. October Service Sale Contest
To cheer the developmental spirit of the San Hotel Series chain during this peak season, the Board of Directors of Thai San Company has launched the Service Sale Contest from October 11th to October 26th, 2023.
2. Contest Rules
The rules of the contest are as follows:
1. Hotel Classification
The San Hotel Series establishments vary in scale, hence the organizing committee has decided to divide the 4 hotel bases into 3 groups for convenient scoring:
Group A: San Grand Hotel (54 rooms)
Group B: San Premium Hotel (41 rooms)
Group C: San Palace Hotel, San Boutique Hotel (~20 rooms)
2. Point Calculation
Every 1 million VND revenue from services will correspond to a certain number of points based on classification.
Group A: 1 point
Group B: 1.5 points
Group C: 2 points
Additionally, the contest prioritizes hotels that sell services not available at their own premises. Each cross-selling to another hotel (within the San Hotel Series chain) will receive an additional 50% of points.
The points of the hotels are calculated continuously, and we will update daily in the internal group (Zalo Channel of Thai San Company information).
3.Performance Update
At the end of the contest (October 26th, 2023), the best-performing hotels will receive awards from the leadership and be announced on the internal channels as well as other media outlets of the San Hotel Series chain.
