We are excited to announce the results of the San Starlight contest, which took place from April 17 to April 23, 2023. The “SAN STARLIGHT CONTEST” aims to provide special experiences for customers and encourage them to leave 5-star reviews on TripAdvisor. The hotels in the San Hotel Series implemented various incentives for customers to leave reviews, such as discounts on future bookings, gift vouchers, or free gifts, as a way to thank customers for their reviews. To calculate review scores, we divided the total number of 5-star reviews on TripAdvisor by the total number of rooms in each hotel. For reviews with ratings from 1 to 4 stars, we deducted 2 5-star reviews from the total.
We are pleased to announce the awards:
The Star
First prize, including 2,000,000 VND and a certificate, belongs to San Boutique Hotel with a total of 19 5-star reviews.
The Satellite
Second prize, including 1,000,000 VND and a certificate, belongs to San Palace Hotel with a total of 14 reviews over all rooms.
Encouragement award
San Grand Hotel and San Premium Hotel have made significant contributions to the San Hotel Series. All the efforts and significant contributions from these two entities have been deservedly accredited.
However, this contest is not only an event that allows us to evaluate our management and customer care efforts, but also an opportunity to honor the efforts of our staff in each of our hotels. We hope that with these outstanding achievements, the San Hotel Series will continue to develop and bring the best experiences to customers.
